基于简易贯入低液限黏土路基压实度确定方法

摘 要: 为建立确定低液限黏土路基压实度的新方法,在研究简易贯入试验原理的基础上,结合某扩建公路实例,通过室内试验测定低液限黏土的物理力学指标,并依此确定路基的压实工艺及标准。选取试验路段,仅考虑含水率对压实度的影响,在其他压实度影响因素不变的前提下,实测压实度、贯入次数和含水率,利用SPSS软件对压实度与简易贯入次数及含水率的关系进行回归分析,并将得到的关系式应用于工程实际,以验证方法的合理性及适用性。研究结果表明:简易贯入试验方法可以满足路基压实度检测精度要求,为在类似工程中快速、准确地评价低液限黏土路基压实程度提供了参考依据。

Method for determining the compactness of low liquid limit clay subgrade based on simple penetration test

Abstract:To establish a new method for determining the compactness of low liquid limit clay subgrade, a project case of highway extension was chosen as the subject. The principle of simple penetration test was investigated and the physical-mechanical index of low liquid limit clay was determined through laboratory test, so as to determine the subgrade compaction technology and standard. Test road section was selected. By only taking the influence of moisture content on compactness into consideration, compactness, penetration times and moisture content were measured under the premise that other influence factors of compactness were constant. Then, the relationships among compactness, simple penetration times and moisture content were obtained, and the obtained equations were applied in engineering practice to verify its rationality and feasibility. The results show that simple penetration method can meet the accuracy requirements of subgrade compactness test, thus providing a reference for similar projects to evaluate the compactness of low liquid limit clay subgrade rapidly and accurately.
