PMS-500脉动疲劳加载的动态试验力修正

摘 要: 针对混凝土梁疲劳过程刚度退化造成的动态试验力失真问题,基于PMS-500液压脉动疲劳试验加载工作原理,提出采用惯性力修正系数的动态试验力修正方法,并应用于7片预应力混凝土梁疲劳试验过程的动态试验力修正。研究结果表明:疲劳加载全过程中惯性力修正系数为2.5%左右,动态试验力呈三阶段递增的规律偏离疲劳加载预加值,修正后加载下限值的最大修正误差为5%左右,上限值的最大修正误差为1.3%左右,验证了本文修正方法的准确性。

Correction method of dynamic testing force applied by fatigue testing machine mode PMS-500

Abstract:In view of the distortion problem of dynamic test force from concrete beam stiffness degradation in the process of fatigue loading, and based on the working principle of PMS-500 hydraulic pulsation fatigue testing machine, a correction method using the correction coefficient of inertia force for the dynamic test force was proposed. And it was applied to the modification of the dynamic test force of the fatigue test of seven prestressed concrete beams. The results show that during the fatigue loading of prestressed concrete beams, the correction coefficient of inertia force is about 2.5%. Dynamic test force deviates from the pre added fatigue loading value in a three-stage increasing rule. After correction, the maximum error of the lower limit of load is about 5%, and the maximum error of the higher limit of load is about 1.3%. Therefore, the accuracy of the method is verified.
