氧化铝生产中有机磷中级醇新试剂的合成

摘 要: 为了加速氧化铝生产中铝酸钠母液的澄清,减少母液中悬浮物的含量,合成了5种有机磷中级醇新试剂.其结构通式为:RO(R1R2N)P(S)OCH2CH2CH2(C5H4N).其中,R=烷基;P1,R2=氢,烷基,环烷基,芳香基或烷撑基,对部分中间体的制备方法进行了改进.得出了其中部分化合物的沸点与蒸气压关系的经验式,对最终产品制备的最佳条件进行了探索,测定了产物及中间体的物理常数及性质,由元素分析,红外光谱及核磁共振谱确证了产物的组成与结构.这些新的试剂对加速氧化铝生产中铝酸钠母液的澄清有较好的效果.

SYNTHESIS ON NEW REAGENTS OF INTERMEDIATE ALCOHOL ORGANIC PHOSPHINE FOR ALUMINA PROCESSING

Abstract:Five new reagents of intermediate alcohol organic phosphine were synthesized with thegeneral formula CH3CH2O(R1R2N)P(S)O(CH2)3C5H4N,Where R1,R2=H, C2H5,n-C4H9,C6H5,O(C2H4)2 or CH2(C2H4)2.The synthesizing methods of some intermediates were im-proved. And the empirical equation of boiling points of some intermediates with their vaporpressure was obtained.The optimal conditions were investigated.Moreover the physical con-stants and properties of the intermediates and final products have measured.The structure ofthe final products was confirmed by means of elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR. Thesenew reagents have a significant effect on speeding up clarification of aluminate mother liquorsin alumina processing.
