预变形对含Sc铝锂合金拉伸性能和显微组织的影响

摘 要: 研究了Al-1.42Li-2.41Cu-0.93Mg-0.073Zr-0.17Sc(wt%)合金在160℃和预变形(17%)+160℃不同时效时间下的室温拉伸性能。利用透射电镜(TEM)观察了合金的显微组织。结果表明:该合金具有较好的室温拉伸性能,合金主要强化相为δ’(Al3Li)和δ’/β复合相。由于合金中同时加入Sc、Zr,尤其是添加了0.17wt%Sc导致大量的复合相出现(复合相粒径为24~32nm)。160℃时效前添加大预变形,可促使少量的S’相折出,改善含Sc铝锂合金的σb、σ0.2

THE EFFECT OF PRE-DEFORMATION ON THE TENSILE PROPERTIES AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF AI-Li ALLOY CONTAINNING Sc

Abstract:The room temperature tensile properties of Al-1.42 Li-2.41Cu-0.93Mg-0.073Zr-0.7Sc (wt%)alloy aged at 160℃ and 160℃ after being stretched 17% for various time were studied.The microstructure of the alloy were observed with tranmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that the alloy has better room temperature tensile properties and the main hardening phases of the alloy are δ’ and δ’/β compound phases.Sc,Zr addition to the alloy,especially those containing 0.17 wt% Sc,would be favourable to promote the precipitating of compound phases(the size of the compound phases is about 24~32 nm).The pre-deformation addition before aging at 160℃ could assist the precipitation of a few of the S’ phase and promote δb0.2 of tbe Al-Li alloy containning Sc.
