露天开采优化设计境界的确定——用电子计算机计算的网络流法

摘 要: 本文把确定露天矿优化设计境界视为一个大规模的线性规划问题,借助图论中的偶图,用求网络最大流的方法求解。采用搜索图确定各个方块的几何约束范围,所确定的境界既能满足露天矿空间几何形状及边坡各向异性的要求,又能达到经济上的优化。 本文并以鞍山老岭露天矿为例,在编制程序中,采取了压缩存贮技巧和加快运算速度的措施,试算结果满意。

THE DESIGN OF AN OPTIMAL OPEN-PIT LIMIT -THE NETWORK FLOW METHOD WITH ELECTRONIC COMPUTER

Abstract:In this paper, designing an optimal open-pit limit is viewed as aproblem of a large scale linear programming. For this problem to be solved,a method of finding a maximum network flow on a bipartite graph ofgraph theory should be used. A search pattern should be taken to definethe geometric constraint of each block, and the resulting contour can notonly satisfy the shape of an open-pit and the aeolotropism of pit slope,but also obtain the economic optimality. In this paper, the Lao Ling Open-Pit in Anshan was taken forexample. For it, a program was made, calculation was done, and satisfac-tory results have been got. The data obtained are stored by the pressingmethod that the storage of the computer is saved. The measures ofaccelerating operating velocity of the computer are taken so that it willtake a short period of time to calculate the problem. The plan and cross-section of the ultimate open-pit contour, the plan of each level, the strip-ping ratio of each level and the average stripping ratio within the contourwere given by the printer.
