基于遗传算法的轴流通风机通流构件参数优化

摘 要: 效率低、噪声大是国产风机的共有缺点,作者以工业过程普遍应用的轴流风机为研究对象,分析建立了轴流风机效率与噪音模型,以此为基础构建了轴流风机通流构件综合设计的目标函数,提出、界定了轮毂比、叶轮外径、叶片数、叶轮强度等约束条件.针对综合目标函数的强非线性、存在离散变量的特点,提出一种高效遗传算法,对一典型型号轴流通风机的通流构件进行了全局优化.理论分析与实验测试结果均表明,通过全局优化设计后,提高了轴流风机的效率,降低了噪音.

The pass-by component paramter optimistic design of
axis-flow fanner based on genetic algorithms

Abstract:The axis flow fanner commonly is not efficient and produces loud noise. In the paper, the axis flow fanner,which was widely used in the industry produce process, was selected as the study object. According to the analysis, an efficient and noise model of axis flow fanner was established, and then, based on this model, the aim function, which was used to integrative design the axis flow fanner′s pass-by components, was obtained. At the same time, some restrictions conditions, such as wheel and hub ratio, impeller outer diameter, lamina number, lamina intension and so on,
were brought forward and defined. The integrative aim function is non-linear and has discrete variables. A highly efficient genetic arithmetic was used in the design. Finally, based on a typical model axis flow fanner, the integrative optimistic was applied to the pass-by component parameters design. The theory analysis and experiments indicate that, with the integrative optimistic design, the axis flow fanner has evidently improved in efficiency and reduced noise.
