泛火用分析方法及其应用

摘 要: 为分析和评价原材料、能源、资金、劳动力等不同类别的要素资源在生产过程中的综合利用情况,提出泛火用概念和泛火用分析方法,建立系统的泛火用分析和评价模型,定义泛火用利用系数和可持续发展指数等量化指标。利用泛火用分析方法和模型对SKS炼铅系统和太阳能光伏发电系统进行分析和评价。研究结果表明:SKS炼铅系统等冶金生产系统的泛火用利用系数很低,可持续发展性较差,节能措施应以降低这类生产系统的不可再生资源特别是不可再生能源的消耗为主;太阳能光伏系统的可持续发展性能优越,其节能工作应以降低太阳能电池的制造成本和设备安装成本为主。

Universal exergy analysis method and its application

Abstract:To analyze the situation of comprehensive utilization of different kinds of resources such as material, energy, funds, labor force, the concept of universal exergy was defined and the universal exergy analysis method was put forward, some models for analysis and evaluation of universal exergy of systems were established, and some quantitative indicators such as utilization coefficient of universal exergy and sustainable development index were defined. Universal exergy analysis method and the models were used to evaluate a SKS lead smelting system and one of solar photovoltaic power generation systems. The results show that both the coefficient of utilization of universal exergy and the sustainable development index of metallurgical production systems like the SKS lead smelting system are lower, the energy-saving measures for such systems should be focused on reducing the consumption of unrenewable resources, especially unrenewable energy, and that solar photovoltaic power generation systems are very well in sustainable development, and the focus of the energy saving work is on reducing cost in manufacturing solar photovoltaic cells and the installation cost of the solar photovoltaic power systems.
